Going in to the weekend, it’s easy to just lie around and relax and not think any more about business. The weekend is a time where I try to refocus on the week past, and plan for the week ahead. Atlanta refinance oportunities are up, as mortgage programs are changing to appeal to those people that signed up for adjustable rate mortgages over the last few years. ARMS are coming due by the droves, and I am ready to refinance those people into a more stable mortgage product.
